First time going to the chiropractor because I was always a skeptic on trying it out and Dan has completely changed my opinion on chiropractic. Came in with some mobility issues in my shoulder and Dan has got me back to my best self after a couple of appointments! Dan is always professional and great to work with! Dan is the best chiro I could have ever asked for. I had a partially torn Achilles with every doctor telling me I couldn't continue to do sports and other things I loved was very discouraging. After being referred to Dan from a friend it was the best decision I ever made. He laid out the plan to get me back to and even better than before my injury. With adjustments and muscle work and the homework he gave me I've been able to work through with no surgery or gimmicks. Dan was a god send and I can't recommend him enough to anyone looking for help on recovery in any fashion.

Dan is extremely knowledgeable. I've been seeing chiropractors for years and he was able to increase the range of motion in my shoulders and arms after a single session. I have lots of scar tissue built up from years of sports and have been unable to even touch my shoulders for longer than I can remember. Most Chiropractors you work with give you a quick crack and send you out the door but at North Country Chiropractic, Dan truly cares about his clients. While helping me recover from tearing all 3 hamstrings off the bone and returning to playing professional ball, Dan has taken the time to write me detailed workout plans, helped me stay on top of my rehab, and even come out to the field to help me thru some drills. If you have aches and pains that just won't go away Dan is your Man.

I have gone to several chiropractors over the last several years, and never felt like I found the right fit for me - either they would ask me to come several times a week for months, but not give me take-home, realistic advice for what I could do daily to help my tight muscles, or they would do a quick adjustment without setting an individualized plan or getting to know me. He takes a personalized approach, gets to know you, and gives you take-home flexibility, mobility, and strength exercises with a long-term goal in mind. I feel so comfortable, he is approachable and it is so easy to ask questions, and bonus - you will laugh and chat throughout the whole adjustment/appointment, which makes you look forward to the next one! As someone who loves learning and progressing, the education Dan offers is great, and I feel much more in tune with my body after just a couple of sessions. The office (Flex Wellness) is inviting and warm, and there are several other businesses located in the same place, which I can't wait to try (massage, aesthetician, yoga, pilates, and more).
